Every time you accept more responsibility, successfully complete a challenge, create positive changes, and document it. Documenting your activities is an effective means of demonstrating your value to an organization.

Affirm Your Self-worth

Make affirmations daily, state positive statements as if they've already happened, like "I'm confident to ask for what I want", "I deserve more money for my work."

Write them down. Post them in full view. Say them out loud as often as possible.

And even if you don't feel confident, you can fake confidence. Conceal your own self-doubts and project faith in yourself. When you act as if you're worth a lot, you'll eventually convince yourself and others.
