Three Ways to show that You're not Professional

In filling a job, an employer will review and choose from submitted applications and resumes the candidates who are worthy or interesting to be called in for a face-to-face interview.

During this screening process, it is the little mistakes, the unchecked details that can ruin one's chances of being taken seriously as a potential candidate, as a professional in BPO Philippines.

Make sure you watch out for the following and correct them according, in order to get a good shot at the job you're applying for.

Personal/Socials Skills that can get you Hired

In BPO Philippines, many employers, after reviewing and determining that candidates do have the required core skills for a particular job, now look for applicants who seem pleasant, fun to work with.

These personal or social traits can be the deciding factor between which several job applicants presenting the same work experience and skills will be hired for the job. It's the hard, technical, competent skills that get you in the door, but it's the soft skills; your attitude, your personality that often get you the job.

If you possess positive social skills like leadership, flexibility among others, this gives you an advantage over others who avoid responsibility or are rigid, difficult to interact with/to train.

Find out more on the social qualities you would need to be an attractive candidate.

Good things come to Good People

Never underestimate the importance of good moral character.

In any company or industry in BPO Philippines, people get hired based on their resumes and how they did well on their interviews, and keep their jobs and salaries on how they perform their jobs and achieve objectives but people get promoted simply on their personalities.

Employees who are unenthusiastic, insecure or selfish don't get to climb high on the company's hierarchy or chain of command.

People with qualities of good character; like humility, confidence and positivity, are often the ones selected to be looked after, developed and promoted by the company.
